TERMS & CONDITIONS

A booking fee of $2.50 is charged with every ride and is non-refundable. 


Stops will be charged at $10.00 per stop, up to 10 minutes.


All pets must be kenneled, except Service Animals. Pets larger than 25 lbs may require special arrangement. However, pets under 25 lbs must be placed in a lap carrier. Carriers and pets must be properly secured at all times. Per ADA requirements, Service Animals are permitted on our Operator’s vehicles.

No fee for properly maintained pets at this time.


Discounts are provided for trips that are 30+ miles - www.ryanoride.com



Cleaning Charges will be assessed in situations which are non-typical wear and tear to the interior and exterior of vehicle. Additional charges will only be added after the Passenger has been notified and cleaning fees have been assessed. Ex: Spills, pet accidents, and vomiting are some examples.


Lost items, which are found in the vehicle will be placed aside. If you have lost any items, please call (816) 888-4260 in order to file a report. All items that would need to be mailed or shipped will be at the Passenger's expense. If item can be dropped off or delivered to the Passenger, a fee will be determined for time and travel costs. RyanoRide is not liable for any lost or misplaced items. 


DAMAGED ITEMS: RyanoRide is not liable for any damage to items such as luggage, purses, coats, packages, pets, and other personal items. Please let your driver know if you are transporting fragile items.


If your ride is 5 miles or less, and a driver is not available in your vicinity, a minimum charge of $45 applies


Passengers can cancel a RyanoRide at any time up to two (2) hours before arrival by calling the RyanoRide 24/7 dispatch line at (816) 888-4260. A $10 cancellation fee will apply. 


LATE CANCELLATION: When cancelling a RyanoRide after the two (2) hour mark, at pickup time or after the pickup time, 50% of the RyanoRide reservation and/or a $15 late cancellation fee will be retained/charged. (Exceptions are: "Remote Pickup" and "Time Sensitive Pickup", (22:00 to 06:00).


REMOTE PICKUPS / TIME SENSITIVE PICKUPS (22:00 to 06:00): For cancellations after the Operator has already been dispatched to your pickup location, and/or is during the hours of 10PM and 6AM, refunds are issued depending on the time of cancellation and the location of the Operator.


NO SHOW: If a rider cannot be located within 10 minutes of the pickup time, 100% of your RyanoRide reservation.


We do our best to bring you excellent service and a satisfied smile. However, we do not guarantee your arrival time. Please plan ahead, pre-book and give ample time to account for traffic or un-planned events during your trip. If you need to be at the airport at a certain time, please allow for unplanned traffic stops.
